WHO WE ARE
Community-Led. Development-Focused.
West Bartlesville Revitalization began as an initiative of Bartlesville Cultural Center and has grown into a dedicated community development effort focused on the long-term revitalization of West Bartlesville.
Our work brings together residents, property owners, developers, public partners, businesses, and community institutions around a shared goal: creating a stronger West Bartlesville while protecting the character, history, and community connections that make this part of Bartlesville unique.
We work at the intersection of community priorities, property, planning, partnerships, and development — helping move ideas toward opportunities that can create lasting neighborhood impact.

From Community Vision to Community Development
Revitalization requires more than identifying what a community needs. It requires a way to connect those priorities with property, planning, investment, partnerships, and people who can help bring them to life.

West Bartlesville Revitalization helps connect those pieces.
01 — LISTEN
Understand community priorities.
02 — PLAN
Translate priorities into opportunities.
03 — ASSEMBLE
Identify property, resources, and partners.
04 — CONNECT
Bring residents, landowners, developers, and partners together.
05 — PREPARE
Help opportunities become development-ready.
06 — DEVELOP
Support projects that respond to community priorities.
07 — STEWARD
Protect the long-term interests of West Bartlesville.
COMMUNITY VISION
The Community Helps Set the Priorities
The future of West Bartlesville is not being determined behind closed doors.
Our Community Vision Sessions give residents and stakeholders an opportunity to help identify what matters most — from housing and neighborhood amenities to businesses, public spaces, mobility, preservation, and future development.
The information gathered through these sessions helps West Bartlesville Revitalization prioritize the projects and opportunities we pursue and gives us a stronger foundation for conversations with landowners, developers, investors, public agencies, and community partners.
Community engagement isn't separate from development. It helps shape development.

A Comprehensive Approach
To Revitalization
Strong neighborhoods are built through interconnected investments. Our work considers the physical, economic, cultural, and social conditions that allow communities to thrive.
HOUSING & NEIGHBORHOODS
Supporting housing choice, homeownership, neighborhood stability, rehabilitation, and thoughtful residential development.
BUSINESS & ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
Creating conditions that support entrepreneurship, neighborhood-serving businesses, employment, and local investment.
LAND & PROPERTY
Bringing underused property back into productive use and connecting land with long-term community priorities.
PUBLIC SPACES & PLACEMAKING
Supporting welcoming streets, gathering spaces, public art, walkability, and places that strengthen community connection.
DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT
Connecting opportunities with developers, institutions, resources, and partners capable of moving projects forward.
CULTURE & PRESERVATION
Ensuring that growth respects the history, identity, stories, and people of West Bartlesville.
LAND + PROPERTY
Your Property Can Become Part of West Bartlesville's Future
Vacant lots, unused buildings, inherited property, and other underutilized real estate can become opportunities for neighborhood reinvestment.
West Bartlesville Revitalization works with property owners who are interested in donating, gifting, or selling property that could contribute to the long-term future of West Bartlesville.
Properties may be acquired and held strategically until they can be returned to productive use in ways that align with community priorities and long-term neighborhood goals.
Property opportunities are evaluated individually. Not every property will be appropriate for acquisition, but we welcome the opportunity to learn more about what you own and discuss what may be possible.

DEVELOPMENT
Build With West Bartlesville

We want to build relationships with developers who see opportunity in West Bartlesville and value responsible, community-informed development.
West Bartlesville Revitalization works to help connect development interests with community priorities, potential sites, local relationships, planning conversations, and partnership opportunities.
Whether you are exploring housing, commercial development, mixed-use opportunities, adaptive reuse, or neighborhood-scale development, we welcome the conversation.

Revitalization Takes Partnership
No single organization rebuilds a neighborhood alone.
West Bartlesville Revitalization is building relationships across the public, private, philanthropic, tribal, financial, development, and community sectors.
We welcome conversations with organizations and institutions interested in contributing expertise, resources, property, technical assistance, development capacity, or strategic partnership to the future of West Bartlesville.
