West Bartlesville Revitalization is working to preserve oral history, celebrate community, and create new opportunities for future generations.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys building relationships, and believes every neighborhood has a story worth telling.
Current Opportunity
Community Engagement & Storytelling Coordinator
This part-time position will serve as the bridge between West Bartlesville Revitalization and the community. You'll help connect with residents, businesses, and community partners while supporting the storytelling efforts that preserve the history and culture of West Bartlesville.
As the organization grows, this position will have opportunities to expand into additional community development and revitalization initiatives.

Work Style
Approximately 5–7 hours per month to start.
Flexible schedule with a combination of remote work, community meetings, interviews, and occasional local events.
Community Engagement
Build relationships with residents, local businesses, community organizations, and project partners. Help identify people, stories, and opportunities that strengthen our understanding of West Bartlesville.
What You'll Do
Storytelling Support
Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating oral history projects, gathering historical information, documenting neighborhood stories, and helping preserve the voices and experiences that define our community.

Experience in communications, nonprofit work, education, journalism, community engagement, marketing, public relations, history, or project coordination is helpful, but not required.
